Chloe has successfully combined her passion for STEM subjects with her love of performance throughout her studies. By taking A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths and Physics alongside a BTEC Foundation Diploma in Musical Theatre, she has demonstrated both academic excellence and creativity.
Her ambition to pursue a career in engineering began at a young age after learning about her Grandad’s career as an engineer. Inspired by the impact and problem-solving nature of the profession, Chloe has spent years working towards her goal while continuing to nurture her enthusiasm for the performing arts.
Looking ahead, she plans to attend university and pursue a career in structural engineering, where she hopes to contribute to the design and development of buildings and infrastructure that make a lasting difference to communities.
“Engineering has been my dream career for years, ever since hearing about my Grandad’s work as an engineer. Although I’ve always loved performing and have enjoyed studying Musical Theatre, I knew I wanted to follow a path that combined my strengths in Maths and Physics. After university, I’m hoping to go into structural engineering and be involved in projects that have a real impact. I’m really happy with my results, it is such a relief, and I’m incredibly excited about what comes next and the opportunities ahead.”
