Working with Children in Early Years & Education is a one year top up degree course that will enable you to gain a full BA honours degree.
The course is aimed at those who are working or hope to work with Children aged 0 – Key Stage 2 in an education setting. Whether that be in Early Years, Teaching & Learning or a Social Work context.
You must have achieved a Level 4 or Level 5 within the last five years and you must undertake a minimum of 50 hours of work placement within a course related setting.
The topics will include; Equality & Diversity, Contemporary Issues, Learning in the Outside Environment, Leadership and Management and a dissertation.
The total cost is £5,995 and tuition fee loans are available for this course, plus other maintenance loans depending on individual eligibility.

The course will take place every Wednesday, term time only for 33 weeks, from 1pm – 7.30pm. Level 6 students will also meet with their disseration supervisors for tutorials on Wednesday mornings or at an alternative day/time to fit in with student’s other commitment.
